Mixed Martial Arts, also known as MMA, is a combat sport which utilizes three general tactics: striking, grappling, and control. MMA uses a variety of martial arts techniques including punches, kicks, submission holds, takedowns and throws. Training MMA will get you into shape both physically and mentally, while developing your strength, power and self defense prowess.
