Cardio Kickboxing

Ashcraft’s Cardio Kickboxing classes combine traditional martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio for the best workout of your life, guaranteed!

Whether you’re a beginner or an elite athlete, this high-energy workout will help you build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, burn calories, and build lean muscle. Plus, you’ll develop kicking and punching skills vital for self defense!

Unlike most gyms our program goes beyond simple aerobic fitness. Our trained instructors have the skills and experience to teach you true kickboxing skills led by Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame Chief Instructor, Steve Ashcraft. We train in traditional kickboxing, K-1 style, and Mixed Martial Arts competition styles.
